Vienna Symphonic Library has released the Big Bang Orchestra 2.0 Bundle, a comprehensive orchestral library recorded on Stage A of Vienna Synchron Stage. The bundle provides strings, brass, woodwinds, percussion, and choir sections for cinematic composition.

Content and Organization

The BBO 2.0 Bundle includes tutti essentials, symphonic riffs, section instruments, and specialized patches across seven category packs: Tutti, Riffs, Strings, Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion, and Choirs. Individual packs are available separately starting at €65 for Percussion and Choirs, up to €149 for Tutti.

The library contains 422,102 samples totaling 110GB (download and installed size identical due to lossless compression). System requirements include Windows 10+ or macOS 11+, Intel Core i3 or equivalent, 16GB RAM minimum, and SSD storage. iLok account and License Manager required for activation.

Pricing and Upgrades

The complete BBO Bundle costs €449 (regularly €599). Upgrade pricing from discontinued BBO packs varies based on previously registered products, potentially free for certain combinations. All BBO 2.0 packs maintain full backwards compatibility with existing projects.
