Plugin Alliance has released Bettermaker BM60, a digital reverb plugin that recreates the iconic sound of the 80s.
Bettermaker BM60 faithfully reproduces the 80s studio reverb sound, adding depth and character to individual tracks like drums, vocals, and guitars.
According to the manufacturer, it provides the 80s reverb sound that can be heard in popular songs from the past to the present, including Prince, Kate Bush, Phil Collins, John Mayer, Lorde, and Taylor Swift.
BM60 includes advanced features that go beyond the limitations of hardware. It includes dynamic room simulation, variable density plate reverb, convolution reverb modules with a variety of captured spaces and presets, and is easy to use on multiple tracks without overusing system resources.
The plugin supports AAX Native, AU, VST2, VST3 formats and can be used on macOS 11 to 14 and Windows 10, 11 operating systems. A minimum of 2GB RAM and 1440x900px display resolution is required.
