Stellarvox - Ambient Reverberation Space Designer for iOS and macOS

Igor Vasiliev has introduced Stellarvox, a groundbreaking hybrid reverb combining an artificial space designer with algorithmic reflections tail processing. Tailored for crafting immersive ambience, lush atmospheric textures, and captivating backgrounds, Stellarvox is a game-changer for ambient, electronic, experimental, and sound design projects.

Stellarvox - Ambient Reverberation Space Designer for iOS and macOS - AUDIO PLUGIN NEWS

Unlike conventional algorithmic reverbs, Stellarvox delves deeper by constructing intricate models of vast resonant sound spaces. Users can customize the geometry, dimensions, and tonal structure of the space, while a unique feature dynamically alters the timbre of reflections throughout the reverberation time. Additionally, the second algorithmic reverb extends and blurs reflections, enriching the sonic landscape.

Priced at $11.99 on the App Store, Stellarvox offers demos on motion-soundscape.blogspot.com.

Stellarvox Features:

  • Hybrid reverb with an artificial space designer and algorithmic reflections tail processing
  • Ideal for crafting immersive ambience, lush textures, and stunning backgrounds
  • Universal app for iOS and macOS (AUv3)
  • Creates complex models of vast resonant sound spaces with customizable geometry and tonal structure
  • Unique feature dynamically changes the timbre of reflections over time
  • Second algorithmic reverb prolongs and blurs reflections, adding extra dimensions to the sound space
  • Easy-to-use controls on a single screen for optimal results
  • Factory presets and random feature for quick inspiration
  • Perfect for ambient, electronic, experimental, and sound design projects

Igor Vasiliev says,

Stellarvox represents an experimental endeavor to expand the algorithm of space impulse response generation. By supplementing the impulse response with various single pulses, I aimed to create virtual spaces with unique sound characteristics. Adding an additional signal with different frequency spectra further enhances the reverberation space, while the "Schroeder reverb" algorithm adds a blurry tail of reflections for added depth and richness. The result is a one-of-a-kind application ideal for adding spatial depth to music productions, particularly in ambient and experimental genres.
