MeldaProduction has introduced PowerWoodwinds, a comprehensive woodwind ensemble instrument for MSoundFactory. This virtual instrument combines traditional orchestral woodwind sounds with modern production capabilities, designed to serve composers across multiple genres.
Versatile Sound Design
PowerWoodwinds delivers a range of articulations from legato to staccato, with independent pitch and volume controls per articulation. The instrument allows for simultaneous articulation layering and provides detailed envelope settings for each sound. Users can access these articulations through key switches during live performances.
Creative Sound Shaping
The Creative tab extends the instrument's possibilities beyond traditional woodwind sounds. It features convolution processing, frequency modulation, harmonic control, and diffusion effects, enabling users to craft hybrid sounds that blend acoustic and synthetic elements.
Integrated Effects Suite
PowerWoodwinds includes a comprehensive effects section featuring a five-band EQ, five types of reverb rooms and halls, advanced delay, motion effects, distortion, chorus, modulation, and LoFi processing. This built-in processing chain eliminates the need for additional plug-ins.
