Natural-Sounding Kontakt Library Engineered at Mousiki Paleta Studio
George Nerantzis announces the Lefteris Moros Drums library, a Kontakt-based drum collection featuring drummer Lefteris Moros from bands DIVINER and NULL O ZERO. The library was engineered by Nerantzis at Mousiki Paleta Studio, drawing from his work with artists including Abbath, Dark Funeral, Pain of Salvation, and Rotting Christ.
Performance-Focused Features
The library includes three velocity layers (soft, medium, hard) with four round robins for natural variation. Additional features include left and right kick and snare articulations, cymbal chokes, and custom mapping capabilities for personalized setups.
Lefteris Moros performed original grooves included in the library, providing authentic rhythmic patterns alongside the individual drum samples.
Technical Specifications
The Kontakt library offers multichannel outputs for kick, snare, hi-hat, toms, ride, and overhead channels. Recent updates include a MIDI learn system for custom mapping with one-click assignment and an improved groove player for seamless clip switching.
The library is designed as a lightweight solution while maintaining high-quality, mix-ready sound characteristics. All samples and grooves are also provided in WAV format for use in any DAW or sampler.
System Requirements and Updates
The library requires the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt for operation. Existing purchasers receive all updates at no additional cost, with recent additions including groove player functionality and multichannel routing options.
The Lefteris Moros Drums library is available for $24.99.
