Multiphonics supports major plugin formats (VST2, VST3, AU, AAX) and standalone operation across Windows and macOS. The system offers DAW synchronization, MIDI control, and extensive preset management through a streamlined browser interface.

The software includes over 400 professionally crafted presets designed by renowned sound designers including Richard Devine, Venus Theory, and Adam Pietruszko. The preset library spans 15 synthesizer categories and 13 effect categories.
