The BritStrip's EQ section delivers musical results even with extreme settings. Its mid-band excels at crafting punchy drums, defined kicks, and present vocals. The Class-A high-pass filter removes unwanted low frequencies while preserving signal integrity, while the high and low shelves include bell modes for precise tonal shaping.
Powerful Compression
The diode bridge compressor provides thick, punchy dynamics control ideal for tracking. It features a blend function for parallel compression and a sidechain filter for frequency-focused compression. This allows performers to monitor with polished, finished sounds during recording.
Flexible Signal Path
Users can choose between pre- and post-compression EQ routing. Pre-compression EQ affects the compressor's response to specific frequencies, while post-compression EQ remains independent of the dynamics processing.
