[Monthly Mixing] Arturia introduces the AudioFuse X8 IN and X8 OUT as new products in the AudioFuse series, capable of expanding ADAT input and output.

These products offer a suitable solution for users looking to expand their studio and live setups by adding line-level I/O to ADAT-supported interfaces.

The AudioFuse X8 IN and AudioFuse X8 OUT each provide 8-channel AD/DA conversion and support sample rates up to 96kHz. Both products use a 1U half-rack chassis and feature eight 1/4-inch TRS sockets, two ADAT ports, and a BNC word clock connection.

The front panel of the X8 IN includes buttons for applying pads to each input channel, linking adjacent channels as stereo, and selecting sample rates from 44.1kHz to 96kHz. Both products can be synchronized via ADAT or word clock connections.

These products can be used with existing AudioFuse products, but they can also connect with any other instruments or external equipment that support ADAT. Additionally, users looking to expand into surround and immersive monitoring formats can utilize these for driving additional speakers.

The pricing and release date for the Arturia AudioFuse X8 IN and X8 OUT are yet to be announced. More details can be found on the Arturia website.
